Refund policy

If you’re not happy with a Kazbit app, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email support@kazbit.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Include your order number if you have it, but we can find the order without it.

Polar, our merchant of record, sends the refund to your original payment method. It usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your license

A refund revokes your license key. Slate notices at its next check when your Mac is online, and goes back to unlicensed. Your boards are still yours: they open and export as before, but can’t be edited.

After 14 days

We still want to hear from you if something went wrong, for example if you were charged twice or Slate wouldn’t activate on your Mac. Write to us and we’ll sort it out.

Betas are free, so there’s nothing to refund.
